| 摘 要： | 通过对149名优秀马拉松运动员多年的全程及分段成绩的深入研究，揭示出根据人体特点进行速度分配的规律，建立运动员分段成绩百分率模型和速度分配表，为从事马拉松或长跑运动的教练员和运动员提供制定理想速度分配方案的参考和依据。

A model of split course time percentageand a speed distribution table were presented for providing reference for coaches and athletes. |
