| 摘 要： | 本文采用L9（3^4n）正交试验设计，以茵丝的长速、长势、干重为检验指标，研究了葡萄糖、蛋白胨、酵母粉、硫酸镁、磷酸二氢钾的不同用量比例对赤芝菌种的影响，经过试验分析，确定了赤芝母种培养基各组分的最佳用量比例，从中筛选出最适合赤芝菌种生长的四因素组合。

| Abstract: | The L9(3~4) orthogonal experimental design to the mycelium-speed,growing,dry weight for the test targets,a study of glucose,peptone,yeast powder,magnesium sulfate,potassium dihydrogen phosphate content ratio of the different Ganoderma lucidum strain the impact of the pilot,identified the mother of Ganoderma lucidum medium amount of each component in the best ratio,which selected the most suitable species of Ganoderma lucidum combination of four factors. |
