摘    要:中小学教师的专业发展是在教育实践中进行的,校本培训即是校本教师的专业发展。校本培训中教师是专业发展的核心,教师“自主性”则是专业发展的内在机制;教研组是学校的基层组织,在教师专业发展中起着不可替代的关键作用;教师的专业发展是学校发展的组成部分,学校的发展需要以教师专业发展为基础,教师的专业发展需要以学校为依托,即学校是促进教师专业发展的保证。

Abstract:The school-based training is an effective way of promoting primary and middle school teachers' professional development realized in the educational practice. In the training, teacher is the core of professional development, while his self-regulation is the internal mechanism of professional development. Teaching and research group is the basic organization playing the unreplaceable role in the teacher's professional development. As part of school development, the teacher's professional development is the basis for school development, but at the same time is also supported by it, so it is the school that guarantees the teacher's professional development.
