| 摘 要： | 洋务运动是中国社会近代化的开端,而晚清法律近代化则是作为中国社会近代化一部分的中国法律近代化的起点,两者之间有着千丝万缕的联系.洋务运动为晚清法律近代化提供了物质基础、人才支持,而且洋务派是晚清法律近代化的倡导者和支持者,其指导思想"中体西用"思想也是清末法制变革的指导思想.

| Abstract: | Westernization Movement was the beginning of the modern society in China, while the modernization of law in the late Qing dynasty, a part of China's modern society, was also the beginning of China's modern law, both of which were closely related to each other. Westernization Movement provided the material base and talents support for the modernization of law in the late Qing dynasty. In addition, those advocating Westernization Movement were supporters of modernization of law, whose thought of "applying western technology to Chinese feudal system" was the guiding thought for the legal reform in the late Qing dynasty. |
