| 摘 要： | 在深化田径专修课教学改革中,如何依据体育教育专业的业务培养目标和社会对高等体育专项人才的需求,设置教学内容和教法是田径课专项教师非常关注的课题,就此,提出设置学生自创练习手段的内容并进行2年的实验,实验结果表明,这种教法有助于培养学生的创新意识和创造能力,可充分调动学生学习的主观能动性,取得了较好的教学效果。

| Abstract: | In the teaching reformation of deeping special subject of athletics how to set up the teaching contents and methods is the concerned problem of our teachers. So the author put forward the contents of setting up the creative practise and did an experiment for two years.The experiment results show that this kind of teaching method is helpful to foster the students' creative consciousness and abilities and can bring the subjective activity of the students into play and got a better result. |
