| 摘 要： | 时代发展呼唤"六年一贯制"小学教师培养模式。实行初中起点"六年一贯制"小学教师培养模式改革,是建设社会主义新农村的时代要求,也是提高小学教师培养质量的内在需要。它顺应了我国小学教师本科化的发展趋势,更是创新小学教师培养模式的现实选择。
