| 摘 要： | "一村一名大学生计划"是教育部启动、广播电视大学组织实施的农村远程高等教育试验项目,过硬的教学质量是这一项目试点成功的标志之一。可靠的教学质量需要强有力的质量保证体系。构建"一村一名大学生计划"教学质量保证体系,首先,要根据培养目标和农村远程学习者的特点,确立教学质量标准;第二,要深入分析远程教学活动中的若干矛盾,明晰教学质量影响因素;第三,要根据教学质量影响因子,构建农村远程高等教育教学质量保证体系;第四,配套建立远程教学管理规章制度及网络支撑平台,确保教学质量保证体系功能的有效发挥。
