| 摘 要： | 发展农村社区教育应根据我国农村社会经济发展极不平衡的情况，坚持区别情况、分类指导的原则，积极稳步发展发达地区社区教育，重点推进城镇社区教育，有条件地发展经济欠发达地区社区教育；以农业增效、农民增收为宗旨，大力开展农村成人教育，重点搞好农村劳动力转移培训，全面提高农民素质。

| Abstract: | The Development of community education in the countryside must based on the un-equilibrium situation of the social-economic development in the country areas, and adopt different methods and respective instructions. We should actively and steadily promote the education in the comparatively developed areas, especially focus on development in the town areas, and at the same time, conditionally promote the development in the undeveloped areas. We should take increasing agricultural productivity and peasants' income as the goal in pushing forward the adults' education in the countryside with the focus of providing training for the peasants and transfer the country labor and raise the general quality of our agricultural population. |
