| 摘 要： | 随着全面实施素质教育，随着劳动力市场对新生劳动力工作技能的要求和进入工作角色速度要求的提高，高等教育需要在学生学习文化和理论知识的同时大幅度提高实践教学环节的比例和效果，并通过结合实际工作的实践过程提升学生的学习兴趣，促进学生的学习能动性。因此构建科学合理的实践教学体系，有效提高学生的实践能力成为教学的重要课题。

| Abstract: | With the full implementation of the quality education policy and higher requirements of the labor market for new labors＇ job skills and higher speed of entering the job role, higher education needs substantiaUy to improve the ratio and the effectiveness of prac- tice,while study the cultural and theoretical knowledge. By combining the practical work ,it enhance students＇ interest in studying and to promote students＇ learning initiative. Building a scientific and rational practical teaching system is an important topic which effectively improve the practice ability of students in teaching. |
