| 摘 要： | 循环经济是一种以资源的循环利用为核心,以环境生产为前提,以自然资源、经济、社会协调发展为目的的新型发展模式,是集经济、技术、环境、社会于一体的系统工程。发展循环经济是实现我国经济可持续发展的根本保障。要发展循环经济,必须要有一系列相互配套、切实可行的政策措施。

| Abstract: | The circular economy is an new development pattern which takes the resources circular using as a core,takes the environment production as the premise,takes the development of natural resource,the economy and social coerdinatien as the goal.It is a system engineering which collects economy,the technology and the society as a whole.The development of circular economy is the basic safeguard of our country's economy sustainable development.In order to develop the circular economy,we must have a series of mutually necessary and practical and feasible policy measures. |
