| 摘 要： | 《和式太极拳段位制教程》是大众习练和式太极拳,考取国家武术段位的规定考试用书,该书依照和式太极拳技术特点、围绕和式太极拳段位技术考评内容和标准编写而成。段位制套路在编排过程中,依据武术内在的发展规律,将"既可单练、又可对打、还能实战"的武术演练形式,确立为技术内容的结构标准。文章运用文献资料研究方法,通过教学实践总结,对《和式太极拳段位制教程》的相关教学方法进行了分析研究,以促进和式太极拳和武术段位制的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Duan System Textbook of He Style Taiji is hcensed as the textbook for mass Taiji practice of He style, passing national Wushu grade examinations, compiled in accordance with the content of He style Taiji technical characteristics. The book is written around He style Taiji technology assessment contents and standards. Duan system routines in the process of layout, should be on the basis of Wushu inherent rules of development, will be ＂as well as single practice, can play again, still can combat＂ form of Wushu exercises, estabhshes standards for the technical content of the structure. The paper with the method hterature, through the teaching practice, for the type of taiji Duan system teaching, analyzes the relevant teaching methods, to promote the healthy development of the He style Taiji Duan system. |
