| 摘 要： | 宪法与行政法的关系错综复杂,可以从宪法为根本法的属性出发,具体考量宪法对于行政法变迁所产生的影响,从而反思我国法制变动中的宪、行关系问题。宪法在推动行政法产生、变更与修正方面具有重要的作用,依宪治国是行政法制建设与完善的重要前提。

| Abstract: | The relation of constitution and administrative law is complicated. We may ex- amine the basic nature of constitution, where constitution is the fundamental law, to observe its effect on the revision of administrative law, and hence we may reflect their relation in the process of law revision in China. Constitution makes very important part in promoting the writ- ing and revising of the administrative law. Constitution is the precondition of the development and completion of administrative law. |
