论个人主义教师文化及其变革

摘    要:刻板地将个人主义教师文化曲解为消极文化并对其大加挞伐是错误的。个人主义文化其实是一种内涵丰富、成因复杂、利弊共存的教师文化形式。在变革教师文化的过程中,我们需要在全面中肯地认识个人主义教师文化的内涵、成因和利弊的基础上对其进行合理取舍。

Abstract:It is not fight to fiercely castigate the individualism culture of teachers as negative. As a matter of fact, the individualism of teachers is a kind of teacher culture and it has multiple meanings and diversified causes for its formation. It has both advantages and disadvantages. Therefore we should properly renovate the individualism of teachers with thorough understanding in the course of reconstructing the teacher culture
