摘    要:文章对“2+X”模式理科实验班的办学特色进行了深入研究。笔者从培养定位、遴选方式、培养方案、师资队伍、配套政策和毕业流向等方面,对不同理科实验班的特点进行了比较分析;分析了实验班拔尖创新型人才的四个典型特征,即鲜明的个性、扎实的基础、创造性的思维和实践的能力,并针对如何凸显这些特征提出了相应的意见和建议。
