| 摘 要： | 我国高职教育起步晚、基础薄弱，不少高职院校面临内涵发展不足、低水平重复建设等问题，处于重要位置的校际合作却往往被忽视。高职院校校际合作有其特殊内涵，是指在政府和企业积极参与下，以高职院校为主体、要求两个以上的办学实体，通过共同的投入和努力达到一定办学目的的协作活动。校际合作是高职院校实现立体发展、开放办学的必然选择，也是适应新形势的迫切需要。开展校际合作意义重大，它可以优化资源配置与提高办学水平，可以应对资源短缺与提高办学效益，可以打造职教联盟与增强核心竞争力，可以发挥服务地方经济功能和实现可持续发展。
