| 摘 要： | 教育是以生命影响生命的事业,是促进学生心灵成长的过程。为了更好地实现生命影响,首先要有一个平等、民主、和谐的新型师生关系作为基础。＂让学生走进老师的世界＂,我们通过开设心理校本课程的尝试,给师生交往、改善师生关系提供了另一种模式。该模式建立了师生对话机制,培养了学生的移情能力,也为学生自主发展、提高教育教学实效打造了和谐健康的心理平台。
