Abstract:In the process of research, we establish the strategy of scientific study for a prosperous school, teaching and teachers. Educational and scientific research is viewed as advanced productivity for educational reform and development. We insist that research should serve executive decision in a scientific and democratic way, and serve educational reform, and serve thriving educational science, and also serve quality-oriented education.
