聚硅酸硫酸铁絮凝剂的研制

摘    要:用硫铁矿渣和硫酸铝渣制备了聚硅酸硫酸铁.研究了影响硅酸聚合的条件和nFe/nSi对聚硅酸硫酸铁稳定性的影响.用研制的聚硅酸硫酸铁絮凝剂处理模拟浊水,当nFe/nSi比为0.5时絮凝效果为最佳,用量达0.5ml/L后除浊率便可达90%以上;用nFe/nSi比为1.5的聚硅酸硫酸铁处理垃圾填埋场渗沥液,CODCr的去除率达60%.聚硅酸硫酸铁的特点是形成矾花的速度快,矾花实,沉降迅速.

Abstract:The polyiron silicate sulfate flocculants (PFSS) were made from pyrite cinder and bauxite sledge. The conditions of polymerization of silicate acid and the effect of n_(Fe)/n_(Si) on the stability of PFSS were studied. The prepared PFSS was applied to treat simulating turbid water, the results of treatment showed: the PFSS of n_(Fe)/n_(Si)=0.5 had a better turbidity reducing than that of other n_(Fe)/n_(Si) values, the removal rate of turbidity was above 90% in the addition of 0.5ml/L of n_(Fe)/n_(Si)=0.5 PFSS. The treatment of fillland leachates showed that the COD_(Cr) of fillland leachates lowered 60% using PFSS of n_(Fe)/n_(Si)=1.5. The characters of PFSS were that the vitriol flowers grew rapidly, became big and sturdy, then settled out fast.
