设参照系相对评价的数学模型

摘    要:学生对教师的评价素来褒贬不一。影响评价的人为因素很多,很难达到理想水平。诸如评价标准中含不可控因素、流露过浓的管理痕迹,影响评价结果的可靠性;评价过程中学生对教师的晕轮效应,影响评价的真实性。笔者根据多年评教经验和深思熟虑,提出两种设置参照系的评价模型和方法,把原始分数变换成相对的标准分,评价结果处理采用直接法和相对法相结合的手段,贯彻宽容性原则,提高公信度和接受度,有望改进人为因素对评价真实性的影响程度,并用数学方法和模型对其合理性进行了论证。

Abstract:Teachers always obtain a mixed evaluation, ie., one of criticism and praise. Because of person factors, it is hard to get an ideal result. Uncontrollable factors and management factors will influence reliability of the result, while reality is determined by seasickness effect. According to the teaching experience, the author puts up two reference coefficients by which original marks dividing into two relative marks. Moreover, results are coped with direct and relative methods by tolerance. Therefore, reliability and reception are improved so as to strengthen the reality. Consequently, the authors check the reasonability by mathematical mode.
