| Abstract: | The essay concretely analyzes five non - mtellectual factors to promote the growth quickly and healthy of young librarians. Through the strengthen research of the non - intellectual factors for the growth of young librarians, they may fully realise the effect of the non - intellectual factors on growth of themselves, and notice the train and exercise for this aspect consciously, hence to improve the possibility to grow a useful person. |
