| 摘 要： | 图书馆权利的公有性,与代表私权的知识产权构成天然矛盾.知识产权保护也蕴藏着对公共利益保护的社会责任,知识产权对图书馆权利的实现既有限制,又有一定促进作用.文章分析二者之间的冲突与协调,提出进一步完善知识产权保护制度及维护图书馆权利实现的措施.

| Abstract: | Publicly - owned nature of library right forms natural contradiction with the intellectual property rights that represent personal power. And the intellectual property fights protections are being held in store to the society duty of public interest protection, not only the realization confinement to the fight in library of intellectual property rights, having again certainly promoting the effect. Conflict between the analysis and coordination put forward intellectual property fights protection systems more perfect, measure that the right in maintenance library is realized. |
