| 摘 要： | 导师队伍建设是研究生教育质量提升的关键。在导师队伍建设中应坚持＂以人为本、研究至上、合理流动、动态激励＂的原则,建设一支以学术带头人为核心,学历结构、学缘结构、知识结构合理,科研能力较强,学术潜力较大,充满活力的导师梯队是提升研究生教育质量的关键。
