| 摘 要： | 随着美国金融危机和全球金融危机的步步恶化，改革国际货币体系的呼声日渐高涨。文章在分析国际货币体系存在问题的基础上，提出改革IMF，加强发达国家与发展中国家之间的协调，发挥其在稳定国际金融体系的应有作用；建立和加强国际金融监管制度，完善汇率体系，平抑汇率大幅波动；改变以美元为主的国际储备货币体系，加快人民币国际化进程。
