| 摘 要： | 近几年,随着我国各大院校研究生招生规模的扩大,硕士研究生毕业人数不断增加,由此带来的硕士研究生就业难的问题也日益成为社会关注的焦点。如何帮助硕士研究生顺利就业是党和国家关注民生的一个核心问题。通过分析我国当前就业形势下硕士研究生在就业过程中出现的新情况、新问题,阐述把思想政治教育融入到硕士研究生就业指导工作中的必要性和重要性,从而为硕士研究生顺利就业提出若干相应的建议和措施。

| Abstract: | In recent years,with the enrollment scale of universities in our country increasing,the number of postgraduates is continuously growing,leading to postgraduates’ employment problem which has become the focus of attention of the society.How to help postgraduates smoothly get employed is one focus of the Party and country’s concern for livelihood.By analyzing the new situations and problems in current employment status of postgraduates,this paper explains the necessity and significance of integrating ideological and political education into postgraduate employment guidance work and proposes some suggestions and measures for their successful employment. |
