| 摘 要： | 从19世纪末英国中产阶级的社会状态和心理学的角度分析福尔赛主义者的冷漠、财产意识和占有欲使他们的家庭关系成为金钱关系,通过分析作品中福尔赛人对财富的盲目积累、对绅士风度的热衷以及人与人之间关系的疏远来挖掘作品中的冷漠根源。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes that the Forsyte’s apathy,prop erty consciousness and strong possessive instinct change their relation of famil y into the relation of money from aspects of the social life of the Engli sh middle class at the end of the 19th century and psychology.This paper aims t o explore the social and psychological roots of the apathy through analyzing the Forsyte’ aimless collecting of wealth,crazing for gentility and the estranging of the relationship between people. |
