| 摘 要： | CA砂浆是高速铁路板式无碴轨道结构的弹性调整层关键组成部分。通过分析CA砂浆12个技术指标及13种组成材料,在国内无配合比资料可借鉴的情况下,通过反复试验,研究出具有流动度好、可工作时间长、早期有膨胀、后期收缩小,刚柔并济的CA砂浆配合比及配制工艺,完成了CA砂浆的配制和各项性能指标的研究。完全采用国产材料,对环境无污染、节费用省,性能满足设计要求。

| Abstract: | High-speed track proposes higher demands for subgrade and bed.The application of ballastless slab track is the main tendency for assuring the high stability and smooth of the track.The elasticity adjustable layer of slab track is a CA mortar mixture,which fuction is to provide the reasonable elasticity of track and is the key part of track structure.The concert ratio and confecting technics of CA mortar mixture are researched through the analyzing the 12 technic index and 13 kinds of composed materials despite lack of the related experience in our country.The research of various index of CA mortar mixture is accomplished.The materials made are fully used.The materials are easy to get and the CA mortar mixture is free of pollution and much cheaper.The capability of CA mortar mixture completely satisfies the design demands.The contruction technics of slab track are summarized,which fully satisfies the demand for contructing and assures the quality of engineerings.The technics involves the fixing of track slab,the fixing of side midule and affusing technics for CA mortar mixture.It has been proved through practice that the technics is of simpleness,choiceness in contruction quality,low labour intensity. |
