| 摘 要： | 随着我国教育事业的发展,高职高专院校数量越来越多,高职高专院校的系部党总支建设问题也提到了高职高专院校的工作日程上来。高职高专院校的党建工作对学校的发展起着重要的作用。目前高职高专院校系部党总支建设存在一些问题,分析问题存在的主要原因,可以为高职高专院校系部党总支建设找到一些策略。

| Abstract: | With the fast development of China higher education,higher vocational colleges are more and more,hence the construction of department Party committee in those colleges.The paper has studied the existing problem in department Party Committee,the main reasons and proposed some strategies to improve department Party Committee construction in higher vocational colleges. |
