| 摘 要： | 6S 管理是现代企业的生产现场管理理念和方法.高职院校教育教学中引入6S 管理模式,有助于高职院校树立良好的形象,有助于推进高职院校“企业化”校园文化的建立,有助于高职院校学生就业能力的培养.分析了推行6S 管理的基本步骤和推行要领,为6S 管理模式的实践提供了借鉴.

| Abstract: | 6S management is a management concept and method of modern enterprises in the production site.The paper argues that the introduction of 6S management mode into vocational colleges is helpful to promotethe establishment of enterprise-oriented campus culture and to enhance graduates’employment capacity. Theauthors of the paper analyzes the implementation steps of 6S management and its main points for the referenceof the colleges’practice. |
