| 摘 要： | 陈子龙的词学观是其以严肃态度理性思考的结果。他的词学观主要表现于词史观与词体观两个方面。简而言之，陈子龙主张以流利自然的语言和铿锵和协的音律，构成婉媚的意境，以柔婉俊逸的风格与高浑典丽的格调，借香草美人之法含蓄委婉地抒发真情，寄托深刻的风骚之旨。陈子龙的这些理论维护了坠绪已久的唐宋词统，尤其是在明词不振的历史背景下来具体而微地严格维护词体，其理论探讨和建树无疑具有里程碑的意义和存亡继绝的价值。
