| 摘 要： | 针对体育课存在的一些现象,提出充分认识准备活动的意义;说明专项性准备活动不能代替一般性准备活动,测试课也要组织好准备活动,准备活动必须严格要求等问题。进一步说明只有重视这些问题,才能充分发挥准备活动的意义。

| Abstract: | According to some existent phenomenons of physical education put forward ample knowledge the meaning of warming - up exercise; Explanation specialness warming - up exercise can not replace generality wanning - up exercise, test lesson will also organize warming- up exercise, warming- up exercise must the problems such as strict requirement. Explain further only pay attention to these problems, then can develop the meaning of warming- up exercise fully. |
