| Abstract: | Instructor’s quality affects medical college students’ quality training directly.It is an important method that strengthening professional development of instructor team and building a instructor team with high quality,in order to strengthen college students’ ideological and political education.Combining with the characteristics of medical college students,this paper discussed instructor’s quality structure under specialized background. |
