| 摘 要： | 母校认同是学生对母校诸多方面的认可而产生的自豪感和归属感,是一种对学校的热爱、依恋、怀念、思念的心态。然而,现在却有很多大学生对母校不认同、认同缺失。找出学生母校认同缺失心理成因,并形成相应的应对措施,是建设和谐校园的应有之举,同时也将对大学生形成健全的人格产生重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Alma Mater’s identification is the sense of pride and belonging,which is produced by the college students for Alma Mater campus culture,idea of running a school,studies atmosphere and identification of unique charm of school and a kind of psychology of loving,being unwilling to leave,yearning and missing for school.However,there exisits some phenomena that unacception or lackness of identification,indifference,ignore,calumniate for Alma Mater,even worse,there are some students reviling the school as soon as leaving the school gate;they also think that the college destroies their stdudies and life.To find the psychological cause of lacking for college students’ identification for Alma Mater,and formate solutions accordingly is effective action of building harmonious campus and produces important significance for forming college students’ perfect personality at the same time. |
