| 摘 要： | 近代以来,关内向东北的移民在中国移民史上所占的分量极重。而近代东北铁路网的形成,不仅为移民提供了新的出行方式和路径,使其能够深入东北腹地并就近分散于铁路沿线,而且相关铁路优惠政策的推行,减轻了移民的经济负担,助推了移民运动的高涨。近代东北铁路对关内民众向东北移民发挥了重要作用。
