| 摘 要： | 新一轮农业贸易谈判于2001年11月展开,对农产品贸易多边体制进程产生重大影响的是坎昆会议、日内瓦会议、香港会议及福尔克纳"模式"草案的提出.发展中国家从坎昆会议开始走上了谈判的舞台,并在其中发挥了重要的作用,取得了一系列的成果.谈判的内容以国内支持、市场准入和出口补贴、农产品贸易与发展、发展中国家成员的优惠待遇为主.作为WTO的成员国之一,我们应该通过相关法律法规的制定来保护我国的农产品国际贸易.
