| 摘 要： | 《贞观政要》系统地总结了唐太宗李世民的治国策略,包含着丰富的行政伦理思想,是中国行政伦理思想发展史上的一部重要著作,所体现出来的以民为本,择官重德、廉政勤政、中正诚信等行政伦理准则,对今天的各级各类领导者具有一定的借鉴价值。

| Abstract: | The Political Program in Zhenguan Times" is an important book in the developing history of China's administrative ethics, summing systematically up Li Shimin's.(Emperor of Tang Dynesty)tactics of running a country and containing rich thoughts of administrative ethics. The norms of the administrative ethics it embodies, such us regarding the people as the foundation, appointing officials according to their virtues, being honest and diligent in performing the official duties and being in all sincerity and justice, are of great value for all levels of cadres to draw lessons form them. |
