| 摘 要： | 江苏电大在“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”实践过程中,结合开放教育教学模式的改革,从“以人为本”的教育理念出发,遵循远程开放教育的特点,切合江苏的实际情况,运用现代质量管理的理论。着重教学全过程的监控,构建出“教学管理制度化、支持服务人性化、质量监控全程化”的教学管理“三化”模式。

| Abstract: | In the practice of "Pilot Project of Talent Training Mode Innovation and Open Education", Jiangsu RTVU has created its new mode of teaching management based on the idea of humanistic, the special feature of open education, and the special local characters of Jiangsu province. The new mode applies the modern theory of quality management, and features with "institutional management, humanistic supportion, and whole process monitoring". |
