| 摘 要： | 自从新规则、新赛制实行以来，乒乓球运动员在意志方面的要求更高了。为了应对在新形势下提出来的新要求，乒乓球运动运动员应该增强自信，保持良好心态，排除外界干扰，加强基本功的训练和文化知识的学习。

| Abstract: | Since the implement of new regular and new competition system,there is a higher request on the will for table tennis athletes.In order to meet the new requirements in such a situation,table tennis athletes should raise self-confidence,keep pleasant mood,remove the external interference,and enhance basic skills and knowledge. |
