| 摘 要： | 当前,高职院校就业指导工作现状不容乐观,存在一系列问题。要解决这些问题,必须在认真分析职业指导工作的现状及存在的问题的基础上,对职业指导的内涵进行探讨,明确职业指导工作的任务目标、主要内容,有效地开展职业指导工作,为高职学生职业指导工作提供理论与实践支持。
