| Abstract: | With an inexorable trend of the enrollment expansion in colleges and universities in a continuous and a large scale,there appeared a certain problems in teaching.To solve these problems,some measures should be taken to improve the quality of the teachers, the conditions of running a school. ths setting of the courses, the administration and reformation of teaching, which is to ensure both the quality and quantity in the educational development, and cultivate up - to - date qualified people for the social development. |
