| 摘 要： | 绿色壁垒这种新型的非关税壁垒在国际贸易中得到越来越广泛的应用。中国作为发展中国家，正经受着来自发达国家越来越多的绿色壁垒的挑战和冲击。对此，政府应一方面从环保意识、环保法规、环保产业、环境外交等入手，防范发达国家的绿色壁垒；另一方面利用绿色壁垒，构筑自己的绿色壁垒体系。企业要开发绿色产品、重视绿色认证、推行绿色管理。政府、企业的积极应对、协调行动是突破绿色壁垒，促进我国对外贸易持续、健康、高速发展的必然选择。

| Abstract: | Green barrier is a new non-tariff barrier that has widely been used in the international trade.China,as a developing country,is facing more and more challenges and impacts of the green barriers from developed countries.Therefore Chinese government should guard against the green barriers in terms of environment protection consciousness,laws and regularities and industries as well as environment diplomacy and on the other hand,should make use of the green barriers to establish its own green barrier system.Enterprisers should develop green food,stress on green accreditation and carry out green management.The positive reply and coordinative action of the government and enterprisers is an inevitable choice to break though the green barriers and promote the continuous,healthy and rapid development of China's foreign trade. |
