| 摘 要： | 新时期加强道德建设必须坚持以社会主义意识形态为主导地位,坚持市场经济法制建设理论与实践相结合,严格区分道德建设的两个层面:党员干部在道德方面应体现执政为民,先公后私;广大公民应遵循公民道德建设实施纲要的基本要求。整顿与道德建设有关的社会秩序:整顿市场秩序;整顿法制秩序;整顿文化秩序;整顿行政秩序。

| Abstract: | The leading position of socialist ideology must be held firmly in order to improve education in ethics at the present period.The theory and establishment of law in a market-oriented society must be combined with practice.There are two aspects in education of ethics: party officials free from corruption and the public adhering to the basic demand of education in ethics. There should be improvement in social order which includes market order,law systems,culture and administration. |
