| 摘 要： | 外来人口在迁出地受教育程度是分析外来人口的重要方面。江苏省各市外来人口包括省内流动的外来人口和省外流入的外来人口两个方面。流入苏南地区各教育层次的外来人口都多于苏中与苏北，尤其是流入苏南地区的高层次人口明显多于苏中与苏北。苏南地区省外外来人口中技能型、实用型的劳动力占有相当大比重。苏中与苏北地区向苏南转移的农村人口是这两个地区农村中受教育程度较高、技能较强的群体。提高苏中与苏北地区未转移劳动力的教育程度及加强劳动技能培训是十分迫切的问题。

| Abstract: | The immigration's education level is an important aspect in analyzing the situation of the immigration.The immigration in the municipalities includes the immigration within Jiangsu province and the immigration form other provinces.From the analyses of the educational level in their native places,we can know their qualification in education and can quickly raise the competition strength of regional labor power. |
