| 摘 要： | 高等教育的大规模发展带来了教育有利的一面，但同时高等院校的毕业生就业也越来越困难，甚至有人提出大学毕业就是失业。对这个问题不能一概而论，这涉及到高等教育的发展规模与速度的问题，是教育经济学中人力资本理论的一个理论问题。对此，本文从不同的理论出发，论述了高等教育规模与就业的关系，在对理论进行分析与评价的基础上，对我国的扩招与就业的问题进行了具体的论述。
