| 摘 要： | 科研实验室的工作水平是衡量高职高专院校科研水平和管理水平的重要标志,因此,加强科研实验室建设和管理尤为重要。针对目前高职院校科研实验室建设的情况,建议从管理体制,信息化管理,仪器共享,科研团队建设,学术交流与人才培养等多方面来建设和管理科研实验室。以此全面提高职高专院校科研水平,提升科研竞争综合实力。

| Abstract: | The scientific research laboratory＇s working level is an important mark to measure the level of scientific research and management of higher vocational and technical colleges.So it becomes quite important to strengthen the construction and management of the laboratory.In the situation of current construction in the colleges,this article recommends to construct and manage the laboratory from the aspects of management system,information management,equipment sharing,research and team building,academic exchanges,personnel training,and etc.These aspects are aimed at improving the level and enhancing the competitive strength of scientific research comprehensively of higher vocational and technical colleges. |
