| 摘 要： | 高校实验室是进行教学和科研的重要基地,也是培养学生动手能力和创新精神的重要场所。结合生化与分子生物学实验室建设与管理的实践,对实验室条件建设和实验室人员、仪器设备、安全与环境、实验室开放管理等方面进行了探讨和论述。
