| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法对我国残疾人田径项目国家队教练员的基本情况、业务能力进行调查、统计和分析,揭示出我国残疾人田径项目教练员队伍的现状,针对存在的问题提出建议,为残疾人田径项目的可持续发展以及备战2008年残奥会提供参考。

| Abstract: | By the methods of literature review,questionaire investigation and expert interview,the author analyzes the current situation and abilities of the couches for the handicapped people of Chinese Track and Field Team.According the current disadvantages,the author then puts forward some countermeasures and positive suggestions.The result have the significance for the development of Chinese handicapped Track and Field and the preparatory for 2008 Paralympic Games. |
