| 摘 要： | 办学成效和办学特色评价是开放大学质量评估的重要内容,设计什么样的指标价体系对于开放大学地方学院有着十分重要的意义。本文比较分析国内外开放大学质量评价特点,吸取其成功的经验,设计出既符合开放教育特征又结合本地实际的,能充分发挥出学习评价各项功能的系统方案。

| Abstract: | The effects and characteristics evaluation are important contents of the quality assessment in Open University, and the evaluation index has great significance for the local colleges. After the comparison of quality evaluation in Open Universities at home and abroad, we design appropriate evaluation system matched with features of education and locality together, which will benefit us a lot. |
