| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料调研、调查访问和数理统计等研究方法,对江苏省高校专职教师体育健身活动进行调查研究,结果发现目前江苏省高校教师对《全民健身计划纲要》的内容了解偏低;体育人口低于全国平均水平;中年教师参加体育健身活动的情况较差;有组织的体育活动的开展情况较差。通过对调查结果进行分析,提出了相应的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | In applying the methods of the study of literatures and date,investigation and consulting and statistic,this paper studise the actuality of teachers ' participating in sports in Jiangsu province.Therefore it draws the conclusions as follows:the first is teachers know a little about "National Promotion Project".The second is the quantity of exercise population among university teachers in Jiangsu province is lower than the average level of our country.The third is teachers of middle age spent little time on bodybuilding.The fourth is the situation of holding planned exercise is unsatisfying,etc.This paper analyzed the results and pre-sents the corresponding suggestions. |
