| Abstract: | This article analyzes the problems in the development of scientific and technical novelty-checking industry in China from the midscopic and macroscopic angles,including those involved with the policies and regulations for novelty-checking,the administrative institutions of novelty-checking,the novelty-checking institutions themselves and the two parties of the novelty-checking service.It also offers some solutions in order to promote the development of the scientific and technical novelty-checking industry in China healthily and in an orderly way. |
