| 摘 要： | 网络环境为高校信息资源建设提供了绝佳条件，无论是载体形式、结构构成、质量评价标准等都呈现出新的特点。开发专题数据库、利用现有数据库发掘网上信息，建立网络导航都是扩充信息资源的有效途径。
